Context

My Stream Agenda is the calendar for streams and esports events (League of Legends, Valorant, CS2, Rocket League, Overwatch 2), mainly for the French-speaking market. I built it and run it alone, from product to infrastructure.

It is my full-stack showcase: what I recommend to my clients, I apply to my own production platform.

Product and development

Python / FastAPI backend: scheduler, notifications, gamification, automated emails.
Nuxt 3 frontend with server-side rendering for SEO.
Mobile app with a multilingual ASO strategy (FR, EN, ES).

Infrastructure and operations

Fully automated Docker Swarm infrastructure, maintained solo.
